Software Solutions implementation & support advisor

C3i inc., is looking to employ an energetic IT oriented Subject Matter Expert to help drive the introduction of new software solutions to our customers. The Subject Matter Expert will work closely with our customers to assist in implementations, issue identification, troubleshooting and resolution. In addition, he/she will work closely with internal teams (Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Services) to ensure the success across our various teams as well as customers. This position requires a strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced and fluid entrepreneurial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct and facilitate Customer meetings to ensure success during pre-launch and post-launch phases
• Troubleshoot internal and customer issues with the software
• Develop product expertise across the software solutions
• Work closely with the Product Management team to provide customer feedback and assist in product direction
• Provide high-quality assistance to various internal teams as well as Customers as needed
• Develop and foster strategic relationships with Customers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field;
• Background in computer programming, computer troubleshooting, computer networking, SQL a plus.
• SQL/SOQL experience
• XML experience
• Windows XP / Windows 7 experience
• Some programming knowledge (javascript/.net/java/etc) - not essential, but comes in handy when dealing with the amount of data that we do.
• Background in troubleshooting software/network issues - Windows / .Net / VPN Issues / Firewall Issues / Connection / Internet Explorer

• Experience with Saleforce.com is a plus;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Professional demeanor, strong presence, and ability to interact with all levels of personnel within the organization.
