MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide comprehensive technical support services to by resolving incoming telephone and e-mail requests on the customer's native language.
• Organize and utilize all support resources provided including emails, documentation, contact lists, etc.
OUR REQUIREMENT:
• Excellent spoken French.
• Fluent command of English language.
• BA degree preferred or applicants with equivalent skills and background.
• Customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Internet applications.
