Competitive Salary and Bonus – We set high goals for our Team Members, but we also reward hard work with competitive salaries and bonuses. Salaries are reviewed annually with increases based on performance.
Medical – C3i offers team members a choice between two medical plan options. Team members may choose to cover eligible dependents, including domestic partners.
Dental – C3i offers team members the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive dental plan option including orthodontia coverage for dependent children.
Vision – A vision plan is available through Vision Service Plan which includes coverage for exams as well as frames, lenses and contacts.
Life Insurance – C3i provides fully paid Life Insurance and AD&D to all full-time Team Members.
Retirement Plan – 401(k) – Team Members are eligible for the C3i 401(k) savings plan, administered by ADP, immediately upon starting with the company. Our comprehensive plan offers a variety of options:
• Team Members can invest up to 75% of their pre-tax earnings, up to the IRS contribution limits
• Investments may be contributed into a variety of managed investment funds.
Employee Assistance Program – Confidential professional assessment and referral services to help Team Members and their families deal with personal, legal and financial problems at the earliest possible stage.
Stock Options – In order to help our Team Members share in our success, C3i grants stock options to eligible Team Members on an annual basis.
Paid Time Off – C3i provides between 18 and 28 days of Paid Time Off to our Team Members, depending on managerial status and length of employment.
New Parent Leave – C3i provides new parents a leave of 5 days paid in full for the birth, adoption or placement in foster care of a child.
Marriage Leave – C3i provides three days of paid leave for a Team Member's marriage or civil union.
Short Term Disability – Full-time Team Members who are out of work due to a non-work related illness or injury, including pregnancy, for more than seven days, are eligible for Short-Term Disability. For the first 6 weeks of Short-Term Disability, Team Members are supplemented to full pay. After six weeks, and up to six months, they are paid according the NJ State Disability provisions.
Long Term Disability – C3i provides a Long-Term disability plan to full-time Team Members, beginning the first of the month following 90 days of employment. Long Term Disability provides for up to two thirds of salary after six months of Short-Term Disability.
Educational Assistance – We encourage Team Members to continue their education by reimbursing them for job-related courses. Under our Tuition Reimbursement policy, all eligible full-time Team Members who have been employed with C3i for at least 6 months may be reimbursed for all successfully completed job-related courses. C3i will reimburse a maximum amount of $5,250/year towards an undergraduate, graduate or an accredited technical degree.
Holiday Pay – C3i offers 8 company paid holidays to eligible employees each year. These include New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
