Competitive Salary and Bonus
We set high goals for our employees, but we also reward hard work with competitive salaries and bonuses. Salaries are reviewed annually with increases based on performance.
Medical
C3i offers a choice of two comprehensive medical packages through Blue Cross / Blue Shield for employees and eligible dependents, including same sex domestic partners. Employees may choose the PPO or EPO option.
Dental
C3i offers employees a choice of two plans through Aetna. Our DMO plan includes Orthodontia coverage for both children and adults.

A vision plan is available to C3i team members through Vision Service Plan.
Retirement Plan
Team Members are eligible for the C3i 401(k) savings plan, administered by ADP, immediately after starting with the company. Our comprehensive plan offers a variety of options:
- Team Members can invest up to 15% of their pay in a 401(k) plan.
- Team Members are able to choose from a variety of managed investment funds on a pre-tax basis.

Paid Time Off
C3i provides between 18 and 28 days of Paid Time Off to our Team Members, depending on managerial status and length of employment.
New Parent Leave
C3i provides new parents a leave of 5 days paid in full for the birth, adoption or placement in foster care of a child.
Short Term Disability
Full-time employees who are out of work due to an injury or pregnancy for more than seven days are covered through the State Disability Plan. Employees are paid the difference between what they receive from the state and what their salary would be if they were working for up to six weeks. After six weeks, and up to six months, they are paid per the state short-term disability plan.
Long Term Disability
C3i offers a long-term disability plan to full-time employees. All full time employees are enrolled the first of the month following 90 days of employment. If employees are out of work for more than six (6) months, they are eligible for two-thirds of their salary.
Educational Assistance
We encourage employees to continue their education by reimbursing them for job-related courses. Under our educational assistance policy, all eligible full-time team members who have been employed with C3i for at least one year may be reimbursed for all successfully completed job-related courses. C3i will reimburse a maximum of $2,500 per year towards an undergraduate degree and $5,000 per year towards a graduate degree.
