C3i Awarded Comprehensive Customer Management Services Contract by Leading Life Sciences Organization

Siebel ePharma 7 Deployment and Support Contract Is C3i's Largest End-to-End Assignment

New York, NY, [October 11, 2002]-C3i, Inc., the leading provider of customer management solutions to the life sciences industry, has received a contract to implement and provide end-to-end services for sales force automation (SFA) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems based on the Siebel ePharma 7 platform. The system will serve approximately 1,300 sales professionals of the U.S. affiliate of a Netherlands-based pharmaceutical company.

As part of the solution, C3i will be implementing the Siebel ePharma 7 applications. Siebel ePharma 7 is a comprehensive suite of CRM applications that are specifically designed for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to improve their sales, marketing, and service business processes. In addition to integrating and deploying the Siebel Systems platform, C3i will provide help desk, hardware, and asset management services on an ongoing basis. Additionally, C3i will train approximately 1,300 sales representatives, who will be using the new system to manage and track their interactions with healthcare professionals.

The contract is the largest end-to-end customer management services agreement ever awarded to C3i and continues a string of sales successes for the New York-based solutions provider.
