C3i Hosts Its Sixth Annual Client Conference June 8-10

New York, NY [June 11, 2003] C3i, the market leader in customer management solutions for the life sciences industry, hosted its Sixth Annual Client Conference at the Seaview Resort and Spa located on the scenic New Jersey shore. C3i welcomed over 70 delegates from twenty life sciences organizations to the conference June 8-10.

This year C3i welcomed Dale Hagemeyer of Gartner as the keynote speaker. Mr. Hagemeyer is Gartner's principal analyst for customer relationship management (CRM) in the life sciences industry. An accomplished speaker, Mr. Hagemeyer discussed current trends redefining CRM for pharmaceutical organizations, including the value of adopting a multi-channel CRM vision and the importance of investing in analytical capabilities. Mr. Hagemeyer also moderated a panel discussion addressing strategies and tactics for maximizing CRM success in life sciences.

Several of C3i's pharmaceutical clients also joined this year's speaker lineup and shared their challenges and lessons learned from deploying and maintaining complex customer management environments. In addition, C3i took the opportunity to preview Performance Optimizer, a new high value-added service line that will be launched to the marketplace later this year.
