C3i Inc to Provide Clinical Support Services to a Leading Biopharm Company

C3i will be providing 24x7 helpdesk support in both English and German for the company’s Oracle Remote Data Capture application, support that extends across multiple studies and sites. The services will be provided from C3i’s operations center in Sofia, Bulgaria, which already provides support to 300,000 clinical end-users worldwide in over 20 languages. In addition, C3i will assess the technical infrastructure and internet connectivity for this client’s sites, and provide necessary internet connections if needed.
