C3i as a Main Supplier of Support Services for One of the Top 5 Pharmaceutical Companies

Morristown, NJ, March 2010– C3i, the leader in technology services for the life sciences industry, announces that another top 5 global pharmaceutical company has selected C3i for global clinical support.

The call center contract for all research and development applications globally covers over 141 sites and approximately 5000 users including 900 clinical investigators. Services include account management, tier 1 support for clinical applications, 24x7 multilingual help desk, user administration, technical site assessments, study close out services and hardware provisioning

C3i will service this client primarily from global operating centers in Denville, New Jersey, USA; Hyderabad, India; and Sofia, Bulgaria. In addition to English, local-language support will be provided for Japanese, German, Spanish and French. The phased roll-out will be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
