Top 20 Pharmaceutical Company Selected C3i Inc to Provide Multilingual Help Desk Support to Its Sales Force in Europe

C3i Inc, the leader in technology support and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the Life Sciences industry, announced that it was selected by a global healthcare company and world leader of diabetes care out of Europe to provide 24/7 multilingual help desk support to maximize the effectiveness of their European sales force using customer relationship management (CRM) application.

With the extensive usage of CRM and other technology applications, a quality help desk support is integral service for the sales process as it helps reduce downtime and improve productivity for sales representatives on the field..

From its multilingual operations center in Sofia, Bulgaria, C3i will be providing 24/7 Tier 1 help desk support for the company’s Oracle Siebel CRM and 10 additional applications like MS Office. During the first stage of the project, 450 sales representatives across Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, and Greece will be supported by C3i to rapidly adopt and use the CRM system and increase efficiency in the field. A team of trained helpdesk professionals will take calls in 6 languages including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. The number of countries and sales reps supported in Europe is expected to expand over time.
