From its multilingual call center in Sofia, Bulgaria, C3i provides 24x7 helpdesk support for this pharmaceutical giant’s OracleClinical/RDC environment. From site start up services such as global hardware provisioning through study close out services that include data integrity checks and site coordination, C3i has been designated as the single point of contact for most site support needs.
