US-based Biopharmaceutical Company Selects C3i to Provide End-to-End Support Services for the Veeva Multitenant SaaS CRM Application

The biotechnology company has joined the ranks of other leading life sciences companies who are deploying software-as-a-service (SaaS) customer relationship management (CRM) applications by choosing Veeva - a multitenant SaaS application that works in both online and offline modes. The company implemented Veeva’s VBioPharma Specialty Edition™ along with VMobile™ application for mobile use.
C3i is Veeva’s most experienced end-to-end partner to offer support services to manage the CRM environment – a main reason C3i was chosen to provide services for approximately 100 sales representatives using these applications.
